The wood-print finish looks just like real walnut, and the board is lightweight, thin, and ergonomic — making it easy to store, carry, and use at home or in clubs. It’s compatible with all electronic DGT chess pieces and can be used with or without algebraic notation.
Play live, broadcast online, or analyse later — the Smart Board connects to screens for local display or streams games live via DGT LiveChess on your website.

The type of cable set you need depends on how you plan to use your Smart Board. If you intend to use it individually—for example, to record your games, play against a computer, or compete with online opponents—the Smart Board Connection Set is all you need (included with this purpose). This set provides full functionality for these purposes.
However, if you plan to connect multiple boards for a tournament setup, we recommend using the DGT Smart Board | Tournament Use. This version is specifically designed for linking several boards together, making it ideal for organized competitions and events.
