Description of the pieces:
King: Xhosa Chief / Zulu King, embodying leadership and power
Queen: Xhosa queen or noblewoman / Zulu queen or princes.
Bishop: Xhosa traditional healer or sangoma / ,Zulu diviner or spiritual healer.
Knight: Xhosa warrior / Zulu warrior.
Rook: Xhosa rondavel (traditional round hut) / Zulu homestead.
Pawn: Xhosa tribesperson / Zulu tribesperson.
Size of the King: 7cm height with 2cm base.
The chess board is a canvas of earthy hues, featuring patterns and textures suggestive of the landscapes found in the Xhosa and Zulu regions. Size of the board: 29cm x 29cm with 3cm squares.

If we receive your payment before 11:30am, the order will be shipped on the same day. Deliveries to Pretoria and Johannesburg are most likely delivered the next business day.
